Returns & Exchanges
Damaged, Defective, Missing, or Incorrectly Shipped Items:
Please contact our customer service department within 7 days of receiving your package for a full refund (including shipping costs) or to discuss receiving a replacement product. Before returning any product to us, you must obtain a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number.
Non-Defective Returns will charge a 20% restocking fee plus and applicable shipping charges for refused shipments. Additional charges may apply if all peripherals and accessories are not returned in the original, unopened packaging. Any return merchandise without a pre-approved RMA will be refused without notice and will be automatically returned. To obtain an RMA number please give us a call at 213-613-1668 from 9:30am - 5:00pm PST.
All refunds will be credited back to the original form of payment within 8 - 12 business days of receiving the returned product.
Please hold on to the original packaging and boxes as we may ask you to return the product. If we do ask you to return the product, a return label will be provided. Make sure to include your completed Return Authorization Form.
Clearance Items and Custom Work Order
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately clearance items and custom work order cannot be returned or refunded.

Items must be returned in unused conditions. After 30 days from the date delivered, no returns or exchanges will be accepted.
Items must contain all original packaging and accessories or a 20% restocking fee may be charged. All refunds will be credited back to the original form of payment within 8 business days of receiving the returned product. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
